DBHR's Role in the Administration Process

Because workers’ compensation is heavily regulated (the laws vary from state to state), a highly-qualified administrator is imperative to ensure that such a wrap-up program runs smoothly.

As the program administrator, DBHR is the collector, keeper and conveyor of information relating to administration of the wrap-up program. In coordination with the program purchaser’s insurance agent/broker and/or attorney, we will provide all of the documents, forms, manuals and deducts pertaining to administration of the program. Additionally, we will perform all of the necessary administrative functions related to the Program. 

Forms and functions can be divided into the following categories:

  • Bid Documents
  • Exhibits to Contract (Subcontract)
  • Field Procedures and Insurance Manual
  • Enrollment
  • Internal Audits
