Review Steps

Many people have asked us to provide details of how DBH Resources provides service to its clients.  Since DBHR is set up in teams according to the requirements of each insurance carrier, this provides information on how we work with our policy holders as well as carriers. 

The account team at DBHR helps the insured and the brokers through our service phases: (1) Risk Management Review; (2) Recommendation Compliance; and (3) Wrap Up Administration. At each phase, a service representative is trained and assigned to work specifically with the carrier’s clients and guide them through the requirements and wrap up administration.

To watch over this process from a more global perspective, an individual will be designated as the carrier’s Account Manager. He/She is responsible for ensuring that each client is moving through each service process smoothly.  Likewise, the account manger will report any delays to the carrier and will provide a monthly general status report on where the clients are with DBHR.
