DBHR is working with a new insurance product being offered by Jansen & Hastings (JHI) of San Francisco and London--ConstructINsure--which provides standard EPLI coverage along with insurance cover for defense costs stemming from immigration and wage and hour violations. DBHR's core risk management review services will be offered and paid for by JHI as part of its new program.

The coverage expansion will involve a defense for unintentional wage and hour and immigration violations along with compliance towards all Federal and State regulatory matters. The new program would also require the use of an outsourced human resources vendor for these types of exposures.
