Signing up for BRS/Citadel Insurance Program

1. Builder should contact BRS to obtain an application for Citadel Insurance Program and Citadel’s Information Circular.
2. Builder should carefully review Citadel’s Information Circular and obtain the necessary independent advice (legal, insurance and/or tax).
3. Builder submits application and supporting documentation for membership in Citadel Insurance, RRG.
4. A consultant will conduct a risk management/underwriting review of the builder and its project to create a risk profile.
5. Citadel Insurance underwriters will work with actuaries to develop an appropriate insurance premium to protect against potential risks and risk management expenses (all included within policy limit).
